Les Mills BodyFlow is a fusion of Tai Chi and Pilates based in traditional yoga. You’ll concentrate on breathing control as you work your way through the fluid movements that leave you both energized and relaxed.

Our yoga instructors are knowledgeable and experienced, and are able to adapt classes to your needs no matter your level.
