Consistent cardio training is one of the surest ways to get in shape and lose weight, and it does the mind good, too. Bender’s Gym in Madison provides cardio options of all kinds so you’ll always have various ways to lift your heart rate and your mood!

Our dedicated cardio training area has equipment of every type, including treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, rowers, stair climbers, and upright and recombinant bikes. Standing or seated, stepping, pedaling, and climbing are all ways you can get in shape at our gym.

Many of our popular group classes focus on cardio or have a cardio training component, so you have the option of working out with others if going solo isn’t your speed.
