Sometimes life gets busy, whether it’s the holiday season, the kids running around non-stop, or cramming for finals before the break, and you can’t make it to the gym. But this doesn’t mean you have to neglect your fitness regimen. There are several moves you can do no matter where you are that will challenge you, burn calories and get you in better shape.

Here’s a Quick 18-minute Body Blast Workout Routine.


Before beginning this body blast, do a five-minute warm-up to prepare your joints for movement.

Perform these four exercises Tabata style, meaning you work as hard as you can for 20 seconds at a time, followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds for each exercise (four minutes each move). Rest for 30 seconds between these four moves.
