Here’s a wonderful challenge that you can do in the comfort of your home. All you need is a jump rope and some motivation! And if you don’t have a jump rope, you can just mimic the motion of jumping rope.

This simple workout will boost your heart rate and improve your muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. It should be done with intensity and speed, so make sure you’re warmed up.
Start by doing 100 jump ropes and 20 burpees as fast as possible with good form.
Next, do 100 jump ropes and 18 burpees.
Followed by another 100 jump ropes and 16 burpees. Remember to practice good form!
Continue in this format, dropping two burpees each round until you finish your final round of 100 jump ropes and two burpees. The entire workout should equal 10 rounds. You can repeat this workout two to three times if you want a longer, more furious challenge!
